GENEVA- Cynthia D. Smith, age 84, of Geneva passed away on Saturday July 14, 2018 at Geneva General Hospital.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.

There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

Cynthia was born on December 15, 1933 in Batavia the daughter of the late Harold and Valera Goodrich Dickinson. Cynthia retired after many years as the Bursar at Hobart & William Smith Colleges.

She was the Secretary for a number of years for the Finger Lakes Women’s Bowling Association and ran the Junior Bowling Program at Town & Country lanes for many years. Cynthia was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved to bowl and sit on her boat at the marina.

Cynthia is survived by her children, Terry (Susan) Roberts. Tracey (Sandy) Roberts, Thomas Roberts and Torrey (Kelli) Roberts all of Geneva; step-children, Sandra Zeoli of Newark, Kevin (Wendy) Smith of Geneva, Scott (Kim) Smith of Geneva and Stephen (Lori) Smith of Seneca Falls; 24 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; constant canine companion, Velvet; sisters, Kathy (Roger) Lapp of Texas and Marcia (Beryl) Rogers of Montana; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by husbands, Donald Roberts and love of her life, Lewis Smith; daughter, Tammye Roberts.
