Obituary for Anne E. Komara
ROMULUS/GENEVA- Anne E. Komara, age 77 of East Lake Road passed away on Monday January 28, 2019 at Geneva Living Center North.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday (Jan. 31) at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday (Feb. 1) at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephens Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Geneva Center of Concern 58 Ave D Geneva, NY 14456.
Anne was born on December 17, 1941 in Rochester the daughter of the late Charles and Mabel Weis Wing. She was a graduate of Mercy High School and attended RIT. Anne along with her husband John and son John started The Printing Center in 1981.
She was a past Secretary of the Geneva Center of Concern, a volunteer with Literacy Volunteers of Ontario County, a member of St. Stephen’s Church and the Zonta Club.
Anne is survived by her husband of 56 years, John; sons, John P. (Kate) Komara of Geneva and Edward Komara of Potsdam; grandchildren, Alexander and Elizabeth Komara; sisters, Janet Thompson of Rochester, Rita (Jack) Trabold of Los Angeles, CA and Mary (Louis) Giordano of Rochester; several nieces and nephews.
