Condolence: My condolences to the family. Mr. Belcher was my sixth grade teacher at the former River St School in Waterloo. He was definitely one of my favorite teachers. He treated every student fairly but demanded much of is as well.

Condolence: I had Mr. Belcher for homeroom and English in 6th grade and always appreciated how professionally he ran his classroom. (Now learning of his military background, it makes so much sense!) He was kind, smart, and fair - he will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
