Marjorie Mae (Conley) Powers

WATERLOO- Marjorie “Marge” Powers passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a short illness on Wednesday March 1, 2017 at Geneva General Hospital.

At Marge’s request there will be no calling hours. Burial will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Marge was born on March 9, 1930 in Waterloo the daughter of the late Earl and Ina Edington. She worked at various jobs throughout her long life. Marge enjoyed her family, cooking, tv westerns, old country music, scratch-off tickets and puzzle books.

Marge is survived by her son, Arthur (Denise) Conley; daughter, Linda Conley (John Fiorelli); her sister, Ruth Conley; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Frank Conley; second husband, Stewart Powers; daughter, Lorraine Conley; brother, James Edington.

She will be greatly missed by her family.
