Olga V. Pacil

GENEVA- Olga V. Pacil, age 91 of Geneva passed away on Wednesday January 25, 2017 at the Geneva Living Center South.

Family and friends may call from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday (Feb.2) at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home, 45 High St. Geneva. Funeral services will follow calling hours with a Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 p.m. at St. Francis deSales Roman Catholic Church. Immediately following the mass everyone is welcome to go directly to the Parish Center for a luncheon. Private burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Olga’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, Disabled Americans Veterans or a charity of your choice.

Olga was born the youngest of 10 children on November 2, 1925 in Sykesville, PA the daughter of the late Philip and Liboria Delprincpe Ventura. She retired after many years from the Accounting office at the American Can Company.

She was a member of St. Francis Church and the Sons of Italy Geneva Lodge 2397

She is survived by her son, George Pacil, Jr. of Worcester, MA; sister, Angeline (Ventura) DeLmonte of Buffalo; numerous nieces and nephews

Olga was predeceased by her husband, George Pacil, Sr.; 6 brothers, Patrick, Nicholas, Edward “Skip”, Michael, William “Gil” and Carmen; 2 sisters, Ethel and Annamarie.
