GENEVA- Elizabeth M. Egbert, 90 of Geneva passed away on Wednesday September 28, 2016 at the Geneva Living Center North

Family and friends may call from 3:00 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday (Oct.2) at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. Funeral services will be held Monday (Oct.3) with prayers at the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. and a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. at St. Francis deSales Roman Catholic Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum.

Betty was born on June 18, 1926 the daughter of the late Grover and Mary Howe Humphrey. She worked for many years at McCurdy’s in Geneva. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family and playing Bingo. She was a lifelong member of St. Francis deSales Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters.

She is survived by her children; Eugene R. (Ramona) Egbert of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Ann (Peter) Marron of Rochester, Karen (Joe) Moses of Geneva; daughter-in-law, Pat Egbert of Fairport; son-in-law, Jeffrey Ferrari of Rochester; 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews

Betty was predeceased by her husband Eugene Egbert; sons, Edward J. and Walter Egbert; daughter, Sharon Ferrari; brother Raymond Humphrey; sisters, Mary Reynolds, Catherine Treeter and Rita Cassidy
