Geneva; Beth Ann Thomas Wettman, age 58, of Houston, Texas, and formerly of Geneva, died Sunday February 14th, at home.

Family and friends may call on Saturday March 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the McGuigan and Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow calling hours at 1:00 p.m. in St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be at the discretion of the family in Brookside Cemetery, Geneva.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Beth was born on June 10, 1957 in Olean, NY, the daughter of the late Carl Thomas, and Nancy Jandrew Thomas of Geneva.

Beth attended St Stephen’s School and was a 1975 graduate of DeSales High School. She relocated to Houston in the late 1970's for employment and commenced a more-than-thirty year career as a paralegal, working for Harris County and several large law firms, concentrating on disability and medical-related cases.

Beth had many interests and hobbies ranging from old home restorations, wood working, antiquing, sewing, jewelry making and caring for her beloved canine companions, Cali and Aonghus. She loved music and films of all genres. Beth embraced all life had to offer and lived it on her terms to the fullest. Her smile and laughter brought joy to all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, Nancy Thomas of Geneva, siblings Marc (Geni) Thomas of Las Vegas, Greg (Sally) Thomas of Mercer Island, Washington, Cole (Maureen) Thomas of Geneva, and Sarah (Tony) Conklin of Upper Montclair, New Jersey; her nieces and nephews Lauren (Chris) Christiansen, Nathan Thomas, Matthew Thomas (fiancee Nicole Fenner), Caitlin (Zach) Cooley, Georgia Thomas, Josephine Thomas, Sophie Conklin and Emmett Conklin; and her grand-niece, Olivia Grace Christiansen.
