Joe attended SUNY Morrisville and graduated from SUNY Delhi with a bachelor’s of business administration, with a dual major in business management and hotel restaurant management, Class of 2003. Joe lived his entire life to put a smile on everyone’s face. If you weren't laughing then his work wasn't done. During his 11 years as a hair stylist, most recently at Beautiful Salon, he never let a client leave without making sure their hair looked fabulous. Joe loved to go on cruises and travel, most recently to Universal Studios in 2016. He had been heard by many people saying it was the “best day of my life.” Although Joe loved to travel and entertain, nothing made him happier than sitting on the couch with his husband and watching tv and playing hidden object games and World of Warcraft.
