Geneva – Frances Radford, age 73, of Geneva, New York, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in Geneva General Hospital.

There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 2:00 p.m. at The Presbyterian Church, Geneva, 24 Park Place, Geneva, NY. Reverend Amy Loving Austin will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to Clifton Springs Hospital Foundation, Cancer Patient Assistance, 2 Coulter Rd., Clifton Springs, NY 14432.

Frances was born on November 6, 1942 in Roanoke, Virginia the daughter of the late Reginald and Mildred Thomason Irvin. Frances was a devoted home maker, raising her four daughters in Geneva. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Geneva and the Seneca Lake Country Club. Frances was known for her volunteer work at the Center of Concern, Food Pantry and the Geneva General Hospital Lobby Shop. She will be remembered for all of her volunteer work throughout the years.

Frances is survived by her four daughters, Donna (Jeffrey) Newcomb of Romulus, NY, Tracy (Richard) Metzger of Albany, NY, Kelly (Robert) Marlow of Mount Kisco, NY, and Sara (Mark) Thomas of Cornelius, NC; grandchildren, Jeffrey II (Stefanie) Newcomb, Julie (Jake) Conway, Leigh Metzger, R.J. Marlow, Will Marlow, Caroline Thomas and Lauren Thomas; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Emma Newcomb; brother, Richard (Kathleen) Irvin of Roanoke, VA; cousin, Gene (Honey) Butler of Roanoke, VA; sister-in-law, Becky Whiteside of Roanoke, VA; and several nieces and nephews.

Frances was predeceased by her parents and brother, Benjamin Irvin.
