Geneva; Mildred I. Perry, age 90 of North St. passed away on Saturday March 7, 2015 at the Geneva Living Center North.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday (March 10) at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Tae Kun Kim, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mildred was born on November 5, 1924 in Corning the daughter of the late Alfred and Elva Stewart Dalrymple. Mildred retired after many years from Zoto’s International as a Supervisor. She continued working part time starting at the Plaza Florist followed by the Salvation Army and Steve-Barry’s. Mildred loved working and entertaining her family and was proud of the fact that she worked until the age of 82.

Mildred was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church in Geneva and the Penn Yan Moose Lodge.

She is survived by her children, Elva (Ronald) Schillinger of Penn Yan, Ronita Wiles of Sayre, PA, Annie (Richard) Edington of Geneva, Clarence (Christine Austin) Staples of Geneva, Susan Stinson of Montgomery, AL and Stephen (Linda) Staples of Albany; step-children, Sandra (William) Jenson of Arlington, VA and Sharon (Patrick) Tuzzolo of Wilmington, NC; 20 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Mildred was predeceased by her husband, Forrest J. Perry.
