Mary M. Turner SHORTSVILLE - Mary, 93, passed on Feb. 18, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Turner. She is survived by her children, Richard Turner (Joy), David Turner (Debbie) and Jean Keane (Bill); seven grandchildren, Eric (Johanna), Nick (Susan), Kelsey (Evan), Rob, Destinee (John), Brian (Lauren) and Erin; and eight great-grandchildren, Ethan, Rena, Aiden, John Jr., Juni, Fiona, Carter and Dylan. Mary was born in Connecticut in 1921 to Ralph and Edith Morgan. She married Richard Turner in 1947 and spent most of her married life in Ithaca, N.Y. where she worked as a secretary at Cornell University. Mary loved sewing and gardening and especially being the loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother that she always was. Honoring her wishes, there will be no formal funeral or service. A private family burial will be held in Connecticut at a later date.
