Thomas F. Fleming, Jr.

Geneva; Thomas F. Fleming, Jr., age 68 of Geneva passed away on Monday November 10, 2014 at Geneva General Hospital.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday (Nov.12) at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. Geneva. Members of the Knights of Columbus will meet at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Thursday (Nov.13) with prayers at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home and a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Tom was born on November 14, 1945 in Geneva the son of the late Thomas and Mary Griffin Fleming, Sr.. He worked for many years at Sylvania, then G.W. Lisk and retired from the Scandling Center at Hobart & Williams Smith Colleges. Tom was a member of St. Stephen’s Church, Knights of Columbus Council 272 Geneva and former member of the Seneca Lake Country Club. He was an avid golfer, NY Giants and NY Yankees Fan.

He is survived by his wife Ruth; brothers & sisters, Michael Fleming of Geneva, Patricia (Guy) Sindoni of Geneva, Gregory Fleming of Geneva and Christine (Bill) Plate of Seneca Falls; several nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and great-great- niece.

Tom was predeceased by his daughter, Lisa Fleming; brothers, John and Peter Fleming; nephew, Peter Fleming
