Donald F. Kean

Geneva; Donald F. Kean, age 82 of the Town of Seneca passed away on Tuesday October 21, 2014 at Clifton Springs Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on a date and time to be announced. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Don was born on August 13, 1932 in Geneva the son of the late E. Franklin and Gladys Stookes Kean. He was a resident of the Town of Seneca for many years and was self-employed. Don was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church, Seneca Falls Rifle & Pistol Club and had served on the Town of Seneca Historical Society.

He is survived by his wife Wilma; children, Sybil Kean of Rochester, Victoria (Bram) Lehman of Geneva, Richard (Valerie) Kean of Shortsville and Kathleen (Michael) Meyers of Hopewell; grandchildren, Maeve, Kiera, and Ross Kean; Charlotte, Philippa, Phoebe, and Aemilia Lehman; Alexander and Samantha Kean; William and Christopher Meyers.

In addition to his parents, Don was predeceased by his sister, Dorothy E. Kean.
