Esther Mary Gillette
Geneva; Esther Mary Gillette, age 81 of Geneva passed away on Saturday December 27, 2013 at home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services and burial in Homer West Hill Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
Esther was born on April 7, 1932 in the Town of Homer the daughter of the late Archibald and Anna Hall Pierce. Esther resided most of her life in Summer Hill and for the past 18 years has lived in Geneva. Esther retired after 42 years from Maidenform, Inc. (NCC Industries) in Cortland.
Esther is survived by her daughter, Gloria Gillette of Geneva; grandson, Lester Fillingham of Geneva; granddaughters, Lisa Cafaro of Geneva and Taylor Higgins of Geneva; great-granddaughter, Gloria Bizardi of Geneva; her companion, Alfred McClelland of Geneva; step-son, Norman Sherman of Summer Hill.
Esther was predeceased by her husbands, Fred S. Sherman and Nelson R. Gillette.
