Geneva; Mona L. Taylor, age 74 of Geneva passed away on Friday November 22, 2013 at the Leo Center for Living in Rochester.

There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (Nov 27) at 11:00a.m. at the McGuigan & Bero Funeral Home 45 High St. The Rev. Thomas Mull will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Mona was born on August 4, 1939 in Washington, PA and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary McNeil Moore. Mona was a Real Estate Broker who owned and operated Taylor Real Estate in Geneva. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, she worked for many years at the Geneva Present Company and K-Mart.
She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish, Winnek Post 396 American Legion Auxiliary, Geneva Rod & Gun Club, New York State Association of Realtors and various local and regional Realtor Associations.
She was lovingly dedicated to her family, enjoyed attending grandchildren’s school and sporting events. She also spent countless hours tending to her rose gardens
Mona is survived by her sons, Todd (Sue) Taylor, Thomas (Lesley) Taylor, Stephen (Jodi) Taylor and Michael Taylor all of Geneva; 9 grandchildren, Brittany (Chris Cooley), Shelby and Shannon Taylor, Steven Maher, Tommy and Mikenna Taylor, Sarah, Katie and Laila Taylor; special relatives and children of Louis “Jack” (Lynn) Taylor, Gary (Diane) Sullivan, Susan (Matt) Gage and Jill Sullivan.
She was predeceased by her former husband, Bernard Taylor.
